The Room The room itself was part of the old forestry administration buildings, recently refurbished to give delegates a very quiet, airy, warm, atmosphere to concentrate on the agenda. Fitted with two heat pumps to ensure warmth in winter and cooling in summer. It has access by steps and also a disability ramp leading to a deck area outside the main entrance. The room also has two toilets (one wheelchair access) and a small kitchenette. The meeting room can hold up to 30 people and can be organised in various layouts from boardroom style, theatre style seating, classroom or U shape.
To make things easy, there are plenty of power sockets around the room for equipment or exhibition stands. We have a large portable projection screen for presentations; a flat bed overhead projector for acetates; large (1800 x 1200) double sided mobile white board and internet wi-fi is available.
The meeting room has a kitchenette, with bench top, sink, microwave and fridge. We are happy to supply cutlery and crockery to meet your requirements on request.
There is plenty of car parking directly outside the meeting room.
We also have luxury motel suites too, so that your delegates could arrive the day before a meeting, or for a conference that lasts several days, everything is here on site for you.

There is free site wide wi-fi. All major phone network connections are available.
