Refurbished Cottages

These self-contained cottages, individually named after bays or coves in the nearby Marlborough Sounds, have been thoroughly modernised with two separate bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining and lounge areas with craftsman made furniture. They have a north facing deck, some overlooking the arboretum of native and exotic trees, all have their own garden.  These are available as either motel suites or long term accommodation.

Motel Suites

  Kitchens have microwave, hob top, fridge/freezer, with an extensive range of utensils, crockery and cutlery.

  The fully tiled bathroom has shower, toilet and vanity basin, great towels and toiletries

  The lounge area has settees, television, dvd player and satellite decoder for more choice

  Bedrooms are flexible in layout, with either super king bed in one room and two singles (twin) in the other room or four singles to suit your requirements. All beds have been made in New Zealand to our specification.

  The motel suites reflect our green environmental outlook, and have been well insulated, include heat pump for winter heating and summer cooling, and solar panels for heating hot water.

Long Term Rental Cottages

  Kitchens have oven, hob top, extractor

  The fully tiled bathroom has shower, toilet and vanity basin

  Lounge and dining area

  One larger north facing bedroom and another smaller bedroom, both with wardrobes
