The Room
The room itself is full of character, part of the old forestry administration buildings, yet fitted with two heat pumps to ensure warmth in winter and cooling in summer.
The meeting room can hold up to 30 people and can be organised in various layouts from boardroom style, theatre style seating, or classroom.
Equipment
To make things easy, there are plenty of power sockets around the room for equipment or exhibition stands. We have a large portable projection screen for
presentations; a flat bed overhead projector for acetates; large (1800 x
1200) double sided mobile white board and internet wi-fi is available.
Catering
Catering needs are hassle free. Our on-site café / restaurant, Foresters, offers everything from tea, coffee, home produced biscuits or cakes and slices, to breakfast, lunch, or a full formal dinner. Everything can be organised to ensure your meeting runs easily.
Parking
There is plenty of car parking directly outside the meeting room.
Accommodation
We also have luxury motel suites too, so that your delegates could arrive the day before a meeting, or for a conference that lasts several days, everything is here on site for you.

$60 per half day
$100 per full day
Coffee/tea and biscuits $4.50 per person
Coffee/tea and slice selection $6.00 per person
